IMPORTANT EVENT SAFETY INFORMATION
The safety of our visitors, exhibitors, speakers and partners is paramount and that’s why we’ve been working hard to implement some important measures that mean you can attend Stayjam in a safe and secure manner.
The Stayjam team will be following UK Governmental guidance as well as specialist information from the leading event associations such as UFI, AEO and ESSA under the project confidence umbrella.
We’ll continue updating this page with tips and resources and will be constantly informing registered attendees with any changes to procedures. .
Visitor flow and stand placements will be optimised to ensure that social distancing is maximised at Stayjam.
Face masks will be mandatory and anyone refusing to wear a mask will be refused entry.
CLEANING + SANITISING
Extra cleaning will be undertaken throughout the event and hand sanitiser provided at key points around the venue
All visitors will be subject to temperature checks and anyone displaying symptoms related to Covid will be refused entry. If in doubt – stay at home.
CONTACT FREE EVENT
We are implementing recommended procedures for contactless registration, payments, catering and networking.
Events are one of the industries where the testing and tracing is most possible and efficient as we record all our exhibitors, visitors, staff, etc that have been onsite
